Implement the relatively simple operation of resetting the token's pin.

Make this 10.2 July for now. Might get to it in june.

After discussions, decided to move this to 10.2.1.

Proposed Milestone: 10.2.1 (per CS Meeting of 09/17/2014)

Provide standalone Pin Reset Processor.
Now an enrolled token can have its pin changed with esc without doing another enrollment.
Actually call authentication for this pin reset operation now.
Review fix.
