The Web UI user form of the RA uses VBScript to call the Windows crypto API (certenroll or Xenroll). (https://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/pki.git/tree/base/ra/apache/docroot/ee/user/user.vm)

But with Internet Explorer 11, VBScript is deprecated (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/dn384057(v=vs.85).aspx).

So it might be a good idea to move the Web UI code to JavaScript for Internet Explorer.

The RA subsystem is no longer available.
