Currently PKI depends on tomcatjss-7.0.0. It should be changed to version 7.0.0-3 because pkispawn will fail with older tomcatjss:

pkispawn    : WARNING  ....... Dangling symlink '/var/lib/pki/pki-tomcat/common/lib/tomcatjss.jar'-->'/usr/share/java/tomcat7jss.jar'
