Currently PKI wiki uses a generic SSL certificate for openshiftapps.com domain. To provide a proper SSL service it needs to use a proper SSL certificate for www.dogtagpki.org domain.
Chrome will soon mark every HTTP page as "non-secure": https://security.googleblog.com/2016/09/moving-towards-more-secure-web.html
