while trying to install ipa server with '--external-ca', installer fails due to pkispawn error

Steps to Reproduce:
Trigger attached shell script which installs IPA server with external signed certificates
Actual results:
Error as above
Expected results:
IPA installer should succeed with externally signed certificates.
