#2394 [WIKI] Provide additional instructions for Database Upgrade Procedure

In reference to Upgrading Database from PKI 10.3.1 to PKI 10.3.2, there are missing instructions which describe the following referenced commands:

  • pki-server db
  • pki-server kra-db
  • pki-server tps-db

Instructions should be added to this Wiki until such time PKI TRAC Ticket #2393 - Missing man pages for pki-server db, pki-server kra-db, pki-server tps-db can be addressed.
