During the installation process, an Admin Certificate gets created.

This certificate should be imported into the NSS client security database and exported back out as a PKCS #12 file that can be consumed by a browser for test purposes.

This ticket has been addressed by the following check-in:

PKI Deployment Scriptlets
Saved Admin Certificate, imported it into NSS client security databases, and
exported it to a PKCS #12 file such that it may be imported into a browser.
