#1802 TPS UI read-only input improvements

In the TPS UI some read-only attributes are displayed using read-only input elements. Currently the read-only input will show a cursor when focused, which might be confusing because the user might think that it would be editable.

Ideally the read-only attributes should be displayed with these characteristics:

  • no cursor
  • can be highlighted (for copy & paste)
  • non editable
  • normal color (not grayed out)
  • no surrounding border
  • included in form submission
