#1688 CA UI : Objects are not locatable in CA UI

Objects are not locatable using id,name,css in CA UI.

In case we wanted to match TPS UI token certificates serial number from CA UI
using tools such as selenium automation it's not possible to track CA UI objects.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install firebug and try to track objects of CA UI.It's not possible to track
them using id,name and css.

Actual results:

Objects not trackable

Expected results:

objects needs to be identified using id,name or css

Per CS/DS meeting of 11/09/2015: Closed as WONT FIX
Per aakkiang: Use the CLI for automation. Close as WONTFIX since we don't plan to really enhance the existing CA UI.
