When selftests run at startup, and one of them fails, the following message is still displayed at the end of 'selftests.log':
0.localhost-startStop-1 - [04/Jun/2015:12:29:34 EDT] [20] [1] SelfTestSubsystem: All CRITICAL self test plugins ran SUCCESSFULLY at startup!
It is believed that this success message is reporting that all tests were run, but it is ignoring the fact that not each test may have completed successfully.
We should change this behaviour to not output this message in the event that one of the tests failed, or eliminate it entirely.
