#1321 Enforce dashes in command line module selection

The pki command line program currently allows spaces to separate
module parts, and this should not be the case.

e.g., you can call:

pki ca profile show caServerCert

as well as:

pki ca-profile-show caServerCert

Only the second form should be permitted.
