Currently when archiving a data into KRA the data has to be encrypted during transport with a session key and the session key has to be wrapped with the transport public key. There are cases where the transport encryption is considered unnecessary because the data is already pre-encrypted (e.g. IPA vault) and it's already transported securely via TLS. KRA should provide an interface to allow data archival over TLS without the additional transport encryption.
