This is related to PKI TRAC Ticket #1017 - Rename pki-tps-tomcat to pki-tps.
At this time, although the legacy Apache 'pki-tps' is no longer needed, the existing 'tpsclient' native-code testing tool is still utilized.
For expediency, this ticket suggests renaming the existing 'pki-tps' to 'pki-tps-client'.
This new 'pki-tps-client' package would only contain the 'tpsclient' command-line tool and any sample script files which document its use.
Proposed Milestone: 10.2 (August)
Per CS/DS meeting of 08/18/2014, moving ticket to 10.2 (August).
