#26 Missing information for setting up elastic search

If we are going to commit xsl changes that require elastic search by default we should tell people how to set it up.

I was meaning to comment that out as I don't think we are ready to start using it yet.

Sorry, I shouldn't have pushed that bit just yet.

Closing as we no longer are considering this tooling.
