Hmm, now I see that it has assigned monitoring-with-scratch by default... Is there any way how could this be changed to monitoring only? The scratch-builds for this are IMHO unnecessary.

You can use -m monitor or --monitor monitor on fedrepo-req the next time you want to create a repo with this value.

For more info on this, you can run fedrepo-req --help.
