It looks like this branch already exists in PDC. Can you try creating it locally and pushing?

The package was prematurely retired in epel7. Because the new Pagure workflow does not document how to unretire a package, I used the same method as before. To file a create branch request.

If this procedure does not apply anymore, how can I unblock pcre2 in EPEL 7 product compose? Should I file ticket to relengs instead? Do they know how to update the data in PDC?

Not needed anymore. The package is blocked in koji now es expected.
