Right now we have https://pagure.io/centos-sig-hyperscale/systemd-releng/blob/main/f/systemd-cd running on OpenShift to kick off daily systemd builds. Potential improvements:
- additional testing and validation of the SElinux policy to ensure it continues working
- spin up a VM (likely via the jenkins stuff) and make sure it boots with the new systemd
