socat-1.7.4.1-1.1.hs.el8 was tagged for -release a while ago, keeping this open so we don't forget to untag it once this is sorted out upstream.

https://cbs.centos.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=51031 is a straight backport in el9. We shouldn't need a backport in el10 as it's already recent enough.
