This is a self-contained package part of base. Twitter keeps an internal updated rebuild based off existing Fedora packaging.

Let's make sure https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1959918 is in when we do this

Oh, I thought I'd already done this. I'll make sure that's in there and get it out.

Tested a scratch build and it seemed to work. Don't think I have any drives of the required size readily available to verify but the patch seems to apply correctly.

Update to the CentOS 9 stream version based on conversation in the last SIG meeting, tested it last week for a while. tagged for released today.
