Using zuul seems the most sensible option. @davdunc will work on this.

Since our new approach will be to use the systemd-stable branches directly instead of maintaining our own hyperscale specific fork, and on each PR to systemd-stable rpms are built using the hyperscale spec which are then validated against all of systemd's integration tests, I think we can close this issue.
