#32 Update text and screenshots to match the state of Fedora as of 2023

The last release of handbook happened in 2023. Meanwhile, there was GNOME 40 released so at least screenshots used in the handbook needs to be updated. Also the text should be checked if matches the state of Fedora as of 2023 and also eventually very slightly extended (e.g. there is Fedora Silverblue, we don't mention among available spins, etc).
