Per a directive from FAmSCo, each region has been asked to document guidelines for budget and such. Per that request, we have a draft guideline here.

It would be good to get opinions and discussion around the guidelines. The goal is to come up with a generic set of guidelines focused around how FAmNA currently works with regard to budget and reimbursements.
