In the last meeting [0] we talked about have more releases parties in Latam for the F27 release [1], so it will be nice to ask who are interested in organice a RP event, should be nice to have at less 10 events in latam.

Another theme was how to recognice the effort of people doing the job, also will ne nice to propose some way tho give back the effort:

Some ideas are:

  • A badge for release parties organicers.
  • please share any other idea.

Any other feedback is welcome.

I have asked @bex some stickers, I think he will send, but we probably have to produce at least some for Brazilians RP's.

I think we can put together a "Release Party Box" with all the stuff for
the event, we can have a good price but making a single order but must
consider the cost for shipping and taxes in any countries.

To add clarity. I believe that LATAM should have money to pay for these stickers. Please allocate funds so I can make the order. Also, @itamarjp you have still never told me what you want.

It is definitely true that ordering any stickers to be sent in a single package will result in some cost savings. If LATAM defines a "release party box" we can probably just define it and have it sent on demand.

Other than stickers what goes in the box?

I today meeting we agreed to only ask for stickers for the F27 release
parties in Latam, for F28 we will setup a RP Event Box, maybe we can share
the idea to ambassadors in others countries.
