When a local user is evaluated in the {{{pam_account()}}} phase, a log message is submitted to /var/log/secure stating:
crond[3400]: pam_sss(crond:account): Access denied for user localuser: 10 (User not known to the underlying authentication module)
We should add a 'quiet' option to the pam_sss.so module to suppress log messages for unknown users.
