After this line, the value of "newauthtok" is equal to 0.
Assigning: "newauthtok" = "NULL".
  233    char *newauthtok = NULL;

...

On this path, the condition "newauthtok != NULL" cannot be true.
  355    if (newauthtok != NULL)
Execution cannot reach this statement "memset(newauthtok, 0, pd->n...".
  356        memset(newauthtok, 0, pd->newauthtok_size);
