#531 The krb5_changepw_principal option can probably be removed

I'm not aware of password-changing services that use the kpasswd protocol and relatives that use a principal name other than "kadmin/changepw@REALM", so we might as well just drop it from sssd.


We'll remove this from the manpage and the SSSDConfig API, but leave it internal.
