#449 INI allow trailing and leading spaces in the values

This ticket is logged to indicate that we have looked into this problem and even tried to address it. After some evaluation however we decided that this is not something we want to address. This is really a corner case and there other ways the application developers can deal with the trailing and leading spaces if they really need to. For example the application might decide to use special escaping semantics and process the values that way.

This patch gives an idea of how the problem can be potentially solved.

We discussed this with Steve and agreed that we will just close it with the attached incomplete patch. We can potentially return to it later if the question about leading and trailing spaces comes back again.
