tests/cmocka/test_dyndns.c:

     * FIXME: use tevent_loop_wait() when the bug is fixed
     * https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10012

This bug is fixed (long time ago, tevent-0.9.19) so I guess this comment should be handled.
