#3818 Print the full runtime configuration of the SSSD

Implement a daemon argument or daemon utility argument to print the full SSSD runtime configuration to the system console. The output should include the running values of all configuration directives, including default values.

There is similar functionality for othr Linux daemons, /usr/sbin/sshd -T for example, which is extremely helpful for troubleshooting, support vectors, and documentation.
