#3794 sssd_ssh leaks file descriptors when more than one certificate is converted into an SSH key

The cert_to_ssh_key request uses a destructor to close the pipes towards the p11_child. But because the structure that owns the destructor is allocated on the request state, the destructor is only called once.

This is a problem if there are multiple certificates as all the pipes for the certificates before the last are leaked.
