#3087 tools: make sssctl command names consistent
Closed: Fixed Opened by mzidek.

It would be good to change the sssctl command names to follow similar TOPIC-ACTION pattern as the ipa tool. For example if the topic is "cache", the commands should be

  • cache-remove
  • cache-upgrade

For the topic "logs":

  • logs-remove
  • logs-fetch

For the topic "domain":

  • domain-list
  • domain-status

And so on. I believe this will result in better user experience. We can fix the names in backward compatible way, but once we do it, we should only document the new commands.
