#2918 Make cli_ctx more generic

struct cli_ctx contains data fields that are only usable to some responders such as pwent_dom_idx that only makes sense for user enumeration or automntmap_name that is autofs-specific.

We could make the library more generic so these private data were assigned to a void pointer in the responders themselves.
