#281 offline login does not set krb environment variables

When loggin in with offline credentials, variables like KRBCCNAME are not set.
Unless the default ccname is used this means that the user is not able to use refreshed credentials when he logs in again (for example unlocking the screen saver) with current default settings (the use of random ccname files).
