Reopen Issue

If SSSD is offline on start it fails to resolve hostname and ip addresses. Therefore when sssd goes back online all refresh types works correclty but they miss filter containing hostname and ip address thus some rules may not be fetched.

Since this ticket is planned for 1.15, it would be nice to at least add an explanation and move it to some active milestone when work starts...

I'm simplifying ldap sudo provider prior to ipa schema work so it is convenient to do this ticket also. As I said on the meeting, I would like to solve all sudo provider related tickets first.
