Problem is only in master branch (version 1.11.90) and was caused by commit 1203e462650f035b0df2304075d60b9a99e36715. This patch was not back ported to the 1.11 branch.

I am moving this ticket to 1.12 beta milestone.

We'll backport all the patches to 1.11 shortly, so we must not forget to include this one in 1.11 then. Luckily, a failed build would be easy to notice.
