#2257 Setting int option to 0 yields the default value

I would have expected that 0 would be returned instead, effectively disabling the cache. Reported by adelton.


I found out this is not specific to the single option, but all int and bool options are affected.

summary: Setting ipa_hbac_refresh=0 yields the default value => Setting int option to 0 yields the default value
