#2180 [RFE] Fetch netgroups hierarchy in one request.

Add an option like "enable_netgroup_insecure_mode" that would download and store the whole hierarchy in one go for environments where the administrator is sure that no other netgroups exist in any of the other sources (or other sources are not configured).
