#1951 NetBIOS domain name should be read at startup
Closed: Fixed Opened by sbose.

Currently the NetBIOS/flat/short domain name and also the domain SID were only used as part of the data received with a new request. If they didn't match any known value a request to update the data of the domain and subdomains (if there any).

With some recent patch it is possible to use the NetBIOS domain name e.g. as part of the fully qualified user name. For this the name must be available independent how the request or the ones before look like.

To fix this SSSD responders should update the data during startup.
