We need to remove users/groups that do not exists anymore in the remote servers.
we need to remove them when an explicit query is made through the backend and the remote server explicitly returns that no entry exist (we must not delete users in case of other errors).
we need a task that will check the cached timestamps and try to refresh any user that has a too old timestamp (old should be probably mesured in terms of hours), this will trigger the previous point if the remote server returns the entry does not exist.
