#168 COLLECTION - make the mode argument for traverse, add and copy functions unsigned

This enhancement calls for review of the collection interface and the mode argument in particular. It was suggested to use "unsigned" instead of int.[[br]]
The change will affect all the other components (INI and ELAPI) that rely on the collection interface.

Should be addressed at the same time as ticket #170.

milestone: SSSD 1.0 => SSSD Deferred

This should come with official ELAPI 1.0 release that would be some time before 1.2.
