#1461 Replace "id_max, id_min" to "max_id, min_id" in manpage section of ID MAPPING

In the manpage, there are mentions of id_max and id_min as follows:
NOTE: This option is different from “id_min” in that “id_min” acts to filter the output of requests to this domain

Corrections:
1. "id_min" should be "min_id"
2. "id_max" should be "max_id"
