#1403 Combine keytab options for AD provider

Currently, if we are storing the keytab location for AD in a location other than /etc/krb5.keytab, we need to configure two different options (the {{{ldap_krb5_keytab}}} and {{{krb5_keytab}}} options).

We should create instead an {{{ad_keytab}}} option that sets both of these, to make configuration simpler.
