#1013 Use an explicit base 10 when converting uidNumber to integer

A similar fix was proposed to nss-pam-ldapd upstream: http://lists.arthurdejong.org/nss-pam-ldapd-users/2011/msg00227.html

We might want to do the same and treat uidNumbers always as base-10 integers
