The package sphinx in fedora is "Free open-source SQL full-text search engine"

We need different package
https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/python-sphinx

  • adding missing dependency on graphviz. Which caused warning
    writing output... [100%] users/troubleshooting/how-to-troubleshoot-backend
    WARNING: dot command 'dot' cannot be run (needed for graphviz output), check the graphviz_dot setting
    generating indices... genindex
