#24 Add "FAQ" page

This is pretty much a copy & paste from the original, with basically a
few changes:

  • pointing some links to pagure instead of fedorahosted;
  • commenting out the AD section as those were not migrated yet.

It's just a bunch of small fixes, like saying we already do ship a D-Bus interface or prettyfying some links.
