Just adding the FleetCommanderIntegration design page so I can mention it in the SSSD's commit adding that adds this feature.

I fixed some minor issues (leftover boilerplate text) and resolved conflict and pushed the design page to master as 9fd97980229ba2db0927047699d382bb1d372ff0
