Budget for FUDCon Puno

We discussed this at today's meeting but did not come to a conclusion. See discussion at

In particular, there are a series of questions we'd like answered, tagged with "HELP" in the minutes. If you could provide answers for those as soon as possible, that'd really help.

We are considering only one group of t-shirts for reduce costs, the more cheaper t-shirts has poor quality

Yes, here is hard to find sponsors, there aren't enterprices involved with technology

We are waiting a response, but, Escuelab can help us with watter bottles, about stickers, we have some Fedora stickers and other souvenirs

HELP: have you contacted the LATAM ambassador group for funding? (bexelbie, 18:39:51)
Yes, I spoke with y1nv but he said me "FUDCon budget is different to LATAM Ambassadors budget" he was confused about both budgets

We should speak with theirs, but, as I said before, it is hard and we are near to FUDCon

Idea: cut the funded lunches for 22 attendees (bexelbie, 18:47:01)

HELP: How are the t-shirts being distributed? What earns someone a t-shirt? Why do only 10% get them? (bexelbie, 18:49:33)
T-shirts are for speakers, organizers, gift for attendees and some people who shows interest for join to Fedora

The extra budget is approved. I am sorry for delay in getting the ticket updated.
