At the budget meeting on Monday, we agreed that we'd set aside funding for the three FADs already requested (Docs, Design, Cloud), so this is implicitly approved. We didn't directly spell it out, though, so: officially, can we get three +1s from Council members, please?

That's the travel funding for Sirko, right, and how it's balanced with Flock funding? I think we might want to wait until we have the Flock travel planned.
