Hello!
The Miracle SIG would like to provide Fedora users with a new Fedora Spin featuring the Miracle window manager.
Initiatives:
Miracle SIG Creation: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/11856 Change Proposal: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/FedoraMiracle
Discussion: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/fedora-council-tickets-ticket-491-trademark-approval-request-fedora-miracle-spin/114105
Does this actually need Council approval? It's a self-contained change and just another spin.
Honestly, I don't think so, but it's noted in the Change template, so that's why it was filed.
This is poor admin on my part, apologies. From the last council meeting, it was agreed that we would like to request this be renamed to 'Fedora Miracle-WM' or something a little more descriptive. See meeting log https://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/meeting_matrix_fedoraproject-org/2024-04-24/fedora-council-meeting.2024-04-24-14.00.log.html
If that request is good with the SIG, then this can be approved.
"Fedora Miracle Window Manager" (alternatively shortened to "Fedora Miracle-WM") is probably fine. We already call "Fedora Sway Window Manager" on the website for Fedora Sway...
ping @mattkae to review this...
"Fedora Miracle Window Manager" is good for me! I personally think that "Fedora Miracle-WM" might be too short and confusing for some people
With the spin ok with the name changed and the proposal accepted for F41 through FESCo, can I ask that the change proposal page be updated https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/FedoraMiracle @mattkae @ngompa please?
I will close this ticket then as APPROVED.

I renamed to "Fedora Miracle Window Manager" in the document
Thank you kindly! :)
