The URL to the generated docs site is not in the Pagure settings (so it appears at the top of the repo) or in the README. The README only explains how to hack on the docs, which is useful only for a specific audience.

It would be nice to add context how these reports work to the README too, but for now a link to the published docs is enough.

There are no generated docs yet. I will do this once we start publishing (sometime this month)

Added a link to https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/dashboard/ in the project description.
